Eligibility for Return

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • You have proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@crystalit.com with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. We will verify the request and provide return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our team.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the return status.

Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.


Refunds

Refund Approval

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Not Applicable

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition

  • The return was not initiated within the return period

  • It is a non-returnable product


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please:

  • Email us at support@crystalit.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photographs of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund, as per your preference, at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. You may return them after delivery, if eligible.
